1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Rage 2 Rebuild website at rage2rebuild.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rage 2 Rebuild ("R2R," "we," "us," or "our").

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Rage 2 Rebuild publishes educational content, planning tools, and lived-experience material for adults navigating religious deconstruction and rebuilding. The Site also provides a contact form and may offer a separately described paid peer-conversation service.

We do not represent the independent crisis lines, government agencies, clinicians, publishers, or other resources linked from the Site. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

R2R is not a medical provider, mental health provider, or licensed counseling service. The Services are intended to complement—not replace—professional care.

3. THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES

The Site links to independent crisis, health, research, and support resources for convenience and source verification. Those links do not create a partnership, clinical relationship, or endorsement. Before relying on an external service:

• Confirm that the link, number, eligibility rules, and availability are current
• Review the provider's own terms and privacy notice
• Use local emergency services when immediate safety is at risk

When you submit the contact form, you permit Rage 2 Rebuild to review your message and respond using the email address you provide. The form does not collect a phone number. It is not a real-time or emergency channel, and response timing varies.

Submitting the form is not a purchase. If you no longer want a response, email info@RageToRebuild.com and identify the inquiry.

The current contact form does not enroll you in a marketing list. Any future subscription would require a separate, clearly labeled opt-in and its own unsubscribe method.

6. USER CONDUCT

When you interact with our Services, including submitting forms or communicating with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from our community:

• Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm
• Sharing of explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Promotion of substances, products, or services without authorization

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Rage 2 Rebuild branding and original material belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party research, quotations, data and other credited material retain their source terms. These Terms do not restrict uses allowed by an applicable open license, public-domain status or legal exception.

Freedom of Thought Report excerpts and assessment material carry the identified Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license. Its sharing and adaptation permissions remain available with the required attribution, change notices and share-alike terms. No additional permission from Rage 2 Rebuild is required for uses that license permits. Our research downloads retain source references; they do not grant a new license to the underlying Pew Research Center material. Follow the specific source and license notices attached to each item. For other uses of protected Rage 2 Rebuild material, request permission.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

A message sent through the contact form remains your content. Submission permits us to receive, store, and use it only as reasonably needed to review and respond to the inquiry. We will not publish it as a story, quotation, case study, or testimonial without a separate explicit written agreement. To request deletion, contact info@RageToRebuild.com.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rage 2 Rebuild and its founders and team members shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Services, including:

• Interactions with other community members
• Independent third-party resources reached through external links
• Outcomes related to personal, medical, or legal decisions
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. R2R is not a crisis hotline, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. We do not guarantee responses within any specific timeframe, do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our Services or connecting with any resource, and do not provide real-time crisis intervention. Any support, referrals, or resource connections offered by Rage 2 Rebuild are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional care.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rage 2 Rebuild, its founders, and team members from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to the community. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
