Who this is
Rage 2 Rebuild is the website operated under the public name Elder X. Contact info@RageToRebuild.com with questions about your information. A pseudonym protects public identity; it does not make correspondence anonymous or create professional confidentiality.
What the form asks for
To send a message, we ask for your email, a short description of what would help, consent to use the message to respond, and confirmation that receiving a reply is safe. You may optionally give a first name or nickname, choose a topic, and indicate your stage of questioning or leaving. We do not ask for a surname, phone number, congregation, religion, or exact location.
Your message may reveal beliefs, health concerns, relationships, or other sensitive information if you choose to include it. Keep it as general as you need. Do not provide other people’s identifying details, identity documents, payment information, or records of medical treatment.
What happens when you send
The website validates the submission and sends it through an email provider to the contact inbox for review and a possible response. It includes the message fields, the version of the consent notice, a server-recorded submission time, and the page path from which you contacted us. The form removes query strings and fragments from that path. The page path itself may reveal the topic you were reading.
Website hosting and email services process the request and may keep operational logs. Such infrastructure can receive technical information including an IP address. The application does not log your message content or email address as a delivery error. The contact flow does not add submissions to a marketing list, a public database, a testimonial collection, or a research dataset.
Your draft and your device
The multi-step form keeps a draft in page memory while you use it. It does not save the draft in browser storage or send it before you press the final Send button. A successful submission clears the form; an unsuccessful submission leaves the text available for you to edit or retry. Closing or refreshing the page loses the draft.
The current reflection tools keep their choices in page memory and do not save them in browser storage. Your browser, password manager, extensions, operating system, and shared-device settings may independently retain information. Closing a tab, using a nickname, or choosing private browsing does not guarantee that nobody can discover your activity.
Email is not a secure clinical portal
Messages and replies travel through ordinary email infrastructure. The SMTP connection is configured to require transport encryption; that does not make correspondence end-to-end encrypted or clinically confidential. People with access to your account or device may see it. Use a safe inbox and review notification previews before sending.
Responses depend on capacity and are not guaranteed within a fixed period. A successful form response means the mail server accepted the message, not that it reached every downstream mailbox or was read. This is not an emergency service.
Analytics and external services
This version of the website does not load Google Analytics. We have paused third-party analytics while sensitive-topic measurement is reviewed. Public pages can link to external resources with their own privacy practices. Some existing media or tools may contact external hosts when you use them. The website does not automatically turn your contact message into input for an AI service.
Retention, access, and deletion
Messages can remain in the contact mailbox and provider backups until deleted under the operator’s and providers’ retention practices. We do not promise a fixed deletion interval that has not been implemented and verified. To request a copy, correction, or deletion, email the contact address from the inbox you used and identify the inquiry approximately. Do not send extra identity documents unless a legitimate need is explained.
You can ask us to stop responding or withdraw permission for further optional use. Requests are reviewed against applicable obligations and what the systems allow, including backup limitations. The precise rights that apply depend on your location and circumstances.
Research is a separate choice
The research library uses published aggregate data and clearly labeled calculations. Sending a support message is not consent to participate in research. Any future study would need its own explanation, voluntary consent, method, and privacy protections. Private messages are not automatically available for publishing, model training, or customer stories.
If you are under 18
The public guides can help you formulate questions, but this website does not provide a dedicated safeguarding service. Do not send detailed personal information here. If you need help with unsafe home circumstances, seek a trustworthy adult or an appropriate local safeguarding service. If you are in immediate danger, use local emergency help.
