Leaving Religion in Maluso

Maluso has the institutional Catholic infrastructure of an older European pattern — cathedrals, feast days, nativity scenes in the public square — even where actual Mass attendance is in single digits. The wider Philippines religious landscape: Catholic majority (~79%, the only majority-Catholic country in Asia), Protestant/Pentecostal minority (~10%), Iglesia ni Cristo (~3%), Muslim minority (~5%, mostly in Mindanao).
