Abortion is strictly prohibited, including anyone who somehow facilitates it (Articles from 449 to 458). Polygyny is forbidden if “there is the risk of inequity between the wives” or “when the wife stipulates in the marriage contract that her husband will not take another wife.” (Article 40). …
