Education and children’s rights
Article 27 of the Constitution states that “[p]arents and legal guardians have the right to bring up their children ensuring their religious and moral education in conformity with their own convictions.” While religious instruction in schools is outlawed in both public and private schools, both public and private schools can, however, organize clubs based on religious affiliation.
