By accessing or using the Rage 2 Rebuild website at rage2rebuild.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rage 2 Rebuild ("R2R," "we," "us," or "our").

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Rage 2 Rebuild is a men's health community dedicated to providing resources, support, and connection for men navigating challenges such as divorce, relationship difficulties, mental health struggles, and personal rebuilding. Our Services include informational content, community resources, support networks, and contact-based outreach.

Rage 2 Rebuild operates as an affiliate. We may service your booking or inquiry ourselves, or we may use affiliates, sister companies, or partner organizations to fulfill your request. When we connect you with an affiliate, sister company, or outside resource, you will be interacting with that independent party under its own terms and policies.

R2R is not a medical provider, mental health provider, or licensed counseling service. The Services are intended to complement—not replace—professional care.

3. AFFILIATES, SISTER COMPANIES & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Rage 2 Rebuild may refer, route, or connect your inquiry or booking to affiliates, sister companies, or third-party service providers who can assist with your request. By submitting a request through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your information may be shared with affiliates or sister companies that service your booking or inquiry
• Those affiliates and sister companies operate independently and are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and business practices
• Rage 2 Rebuild is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, services, quality, or practices of any affiliate, sister company, or third-party provider
• Any complaints, disputes, or claims related to services provided by an affiliate or sister company should be directed to that company, not to Rage 2 Rebuild
• Rage 2 Rebuild makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the services provided by any affiliate, sister company, or third party

4. MEDICAL & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

The content and resources provided through the Site and Services are for informational and peer-support purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

You also consent to Rage 2 Rebuild's affiliates, sister companies, or an appropriate outside professional contacting you regarding your request.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, you may receive community news, updates, and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by replying STOP to texts or clicking the unsubscribe link in emails.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rage 2 Rebuild, its founders, team members, volunteers, affiliates, sister companies, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any affiliate, sister company, or third-party provider connected through the Services.

12. TERMINATION
