Bayombong has the architecture of Catholic institutional life visible everywhere, but the personal practice underneath has been thinning for two generations. The wider Philippines religious landscape: Catholic majority (~79%, the only majority-Catholic country in Asia), Protestant/Pentecostal minority (~10%), Iglesia ni Cristo (~3%), Muslim minority (~5%, mostly in Mindanao).
